Agribusiness Systems

*
Grain

Grain agribusiness systems involve producing, processing, distributing and marketing various grains, including wheat, rice, corn, barley and sorghum. These agribusiness systems are characterized by large-scale operations, mechanization and vertical integration, with companies involved in multiple value chain stages.

Food

The food agribusiness system encompasses the process of producing, processing, distributing and selling food products, involving farmers, food processors, wholesalers, retailers and consumers. It is a complex system that requires efficient and sustainable operation of all players to provide safe, healthy and affordable food while supporting the livelihoods of those involved in food production and distribution.

*
