Process of Innovation

*
Ideation

Ideation is the creative process of generating new ideas, concepts or solutions to problems. It is a critical step in the innovation process, as it provides the raw materials for new products, services or processes. Ideation often involves brainstorming and other techniques for generating a high volume of diverse ideas, which can then be evaluated and refined through selection and prototyping.

*
Research

Research involves systematically gathering and analyzing information to better understand a problem or challenge, identify potential solutions, and develop new and innovative approaches. This can involve a range of activities, from conducting market research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences, to exploring emerging technologies and trends that may be relevant to the problem at hand.

*
Concept Testing

Concept testing is a process that involves evaluating the potential viability of a new product or service before it is fully developed or launched. It typically involves presenting a proposed concept to potential users or customers and gathering feedback on their perceptions, preferences and purchase intent.

*
Business Analytics

Business Analytics is the process of using data and statistical analysis to gain insights and make informed decisions about a business or organization. The analytics can be used to identify market trends, consumer behavior and other relevant data points that can inform the development of new products or services.

*
Prototyping / Beta Testing

Prototyping/beta testing is a crucial step in the innovation process, where a physical or digital model is created to evaluate the performance and functionality of a product or service. The prototypes are then tested through a series of iterations to improve the design and functionality, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations
of the target market.
